(Summary description)The pipe jacking equipment is mainly composed of the back, the cylinder support, the main top cylinder, the main top pump station, the guide rail, the wall water stop, the mud mixing and pressure injection system: 1. Guide rail: The guide rail is made of 16# channel steel, and the lower part is made of 12# channel steel as a support rail. Between the two rows of rail supports, 8# channel steel is used as a horizontal connecting rod to connect the two rows of rail supports. 2. Back: The back is a component used to withstand the recoil force of the main jack cylinder, and evenly transfer the concentrated force from the main jack cylinder to the well wall. The back is made of steel plate, I-beam and concrete, and is installed behind the main top cylinder; 3. Behind the partition is the power cabin. There are correction cylinders, hydraulic devices, drive motors and other equipment in the power cabin. b. Working principle: As the tool tube advances, the cutting head moves forward continuously, and the spoil enters the soil tank. The soil tank must maintain a certain pressure so that the cutting head can advance forward under the condition of soil pressure.
