(Summary description)The relay room method divides the total length of the pipeline to be jacked into several sections. A working pipe with the same diameter as the jacking pipe is set between two adjacent sections, and the jacking equipment is arranged. This working pipe section is called a relay between. The previous pipe section of the relay room is jacked in with the jacking equipment of the relay room. After the jack piston of the relay room is contracted, a gap of the jack stroke appears between the relay room and the pipe section in front of it. Then jack the equipment into the pipe section after the relay room from the working pit, so that the relay room is connected with the previous pipe section. 1. Installation and work of relay room: (1) After checking that the components in the relay room are normal, install it. After the installation is completed, it can be used after passing the test run inspection. The inner top picks in the relay room are arranged at equal distances in the inner ring of the pipe. The relay room must be firmly connected to the front and rear pipe walls to prevent rotation in the relay room due to the unbalanced weight of the equipment layout. (2) When the relay room starts to push in, the jacks in the working pit should be pressed tightly on the pipe connected to the guide rail to prevent the relay room from retreating toward the working pit. The sequence of work is: after the first relay room is jacked up, unload the oil pressure, start the second relay room to push in, and then open the third relay room, start in turn, and finally start the work pit jack. At the same time, the first relay room can be activated to start a new round of cyclic jacking. 2. After the removal of the relay room, the jacking equipment in the relay room shall be removed from front to back. The jack, oil circuit, oil pump, electrical equipment, etc. should be removed first to remove the relay room. The order of removal of each relay room should be: top first, two sides second, bottom second. Starting from the first relay room, the dismantling space will continue to push forward from the rear relay room to connect the nozzles.
