The mud-water balance pipe jacking machine can be used under the conditions of high groundwater pressure and a large range of soil quality. Generally, the pipe diameter is between φ800mm-φ4000mm. It is a kind of full-section cutting of the soil, and the muddy water pressure is used to balance the earth pressure and groundwater. Pressure, muddy water is used as a mechanical and automated pipe jacking construction equipment for transporting spoil media. The mud-water balance pipe jacking system is mainly composed of a pipe jacking head, a ground operating table and other auxiliary equipment. There is a PLC control box inside the head, and the ground operating table gives action signals to control the movement of the head. The sludge discharge system removes the spoil, the crane lowers the pipe, and the hydraulic main roof system pushes the pipe in sections.
